You will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the office and maintaining medical/staff records. As a medical office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to perform well in stressful situations, the ability to work well with Supervisor and lead management team in order to maintain efficiency between the Main office and Cincinnati office, and experience in an administration or managerial role. The position also requires knowledge of a variety of computer software (Gmail, Office, Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities/essential functions:
Direct administrative services and operations for the agency including communication and clerical. Coordinate systems and procedures with medical records, data entry, and personnel functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations. This includes maintaining employee time sheets and accurate employee hours records to submit to payroll. Assists with hiring process for direct care staff. Coordinate with client case managers to keep client service authorizations in compliance. Prepare/conduct office/medical supply reports to submit monthly to lead management team. Demonstrate a desire to set and meet objectives and to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks. Perform job in compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as community and professional standards. Communicates necessary information to Supervisor and lead management team to ensure coordination of services and activities. Ensure that all field staff have completed the required training and continuing education required by the State.
