This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys improving operations, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service Lead, coach, and support front desk, technicians, and optical staff Monitor scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to maximize efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, HIPAA, and clinical standards Work closely with providers and leadership to implement practice initiatives Track and improve KPIs including patient satisfaction, productivity, and operational performance Assist with inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, and optical operations as needed Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns, patient escalations, and operational problem-solving Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in a medical practice (ophthalmology/optometry preferred but not required) Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with performance coaching and team development Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software preferred Knowledge of optical and/or clinical workflows is a plus Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across multiple locations What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) 401(k) options Paid time off and holidays
