Qualifications Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Position Summary:
The CLHSA Office Manager, reporting directly to the CLHSA Development Director, provides leadership to the CLHSA office through performing two key duties. The Office Manager works closely with the Development Director and is in charge of processing, documenting, and subsequently recognizing all donations and gifts to both the CLHSA and the LSGOO. The Office Manager will ensure that the CLHSA office is high functioning by greeting all guests to the CLHSA offices, providing incredible hospitality for all guests, and making certain that all necessary supplies are stocked for the CLHSA office. Details about these responsibilities are described below. The Office Manager is a part-time position with a dedicated workspace at the Cleveland Lutheran High School Association and generally works from 9am-4pm Wednesday through Friday. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process gifts that are mailed to or delivered to the CLHSA or its schools. Enter gifts into the Development Database and prepare appropriate acknowledgements for donors. Process gifts that are submitted electronically through the organization's websites. Enter gifts into the Development Database and prepare appropriate acknowledgements for donors. Proofread publications produced by the Communications and Marketing Department Provide backend planning support for Development events and work those events Work with the Executive Director of the Lutheran Scholarship Granting Organization of Ohio to prepare monthly reports to send to members schools of the LSGOO Update alumni records in database Order and purchase all necessary supplies for the CLHSA office and employees Greet all visitors to the CLHSA and help them find the person or place they are seeking 
Requirements:
The Office Manager will demonstrate a high level of competency at all basic computing functions, but especially in database work. The Office Manager will be friendly, hospitable, and have a history of diligence at previous employers. The Office Manager may, on occasion, need to drive to pick up supplies or send packages, so a valid Driver's License will be required. Since the Office Manager will be working inside of a school building, he or she will need to pass both
FBI & BCI
background checks.
