This vital role combines financial management with office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will manage financial records, oversee administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Support calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff and clients Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing Google Workspace documents, and ensuring office supplies are stocked Handle personal assistant tasks when needed, including travel arrangements or special project support Qualifications Proven experience with bookkeeping software and strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Prior office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities Strong communication skills Experience in customer support roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated proficiency in clerical tasks like filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently We are needing an educated and motivated person to help get our books in order and on track!

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
