Job Description

Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together . The Practice Supervisor directly supports the Practice Manager and Operational management. Provide direct supervision of front and back-office staffing. Ensures timely, efficient, and quality patient care by managing staff schedules, appropriate training, and monitoring staff performance. Supervising the front end of the revenue cycle by ensuring complete registration and accurate patient intake.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle operations, ensuring performance metrics are met and supporting organizational goals through change management and staff supervision
Process Improvement:
Leads initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, collaborating with staff and physicians to integrate regulatory requirements into daily practices
Training & Onboarding:
Provides comprehensive orientation and training for new hires, including technical, clinical, and customer service components
Project & Change Management:
Participates in and leads projects aimed at improving operations, managing change, and addressing departmental trends or issues
Budget & Communication Oversight:
Contributes to budget planning, monitors spending, fosters cross-functional communication, and resolves patient concerns effectively You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualification:
2+ years of direct healthcare experience as a
Lead or Supervisor Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a clinical role (medical assisting, nursing, radiology, laboratory, etc.) Understand the complexities within a multi-specialty operation Ability to work compatibly with patients, physicians, and other staff Ability to set benchmarks and standards to meet and exceed expectations of The Clinic Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
