Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile. Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable - before, during, and after their appointment - about their treatment and oral health. Assist in managing practice operations to meet or exceed key performance metrics, including budget and production targets, and ensure financial records are accurate. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing non-clinical patient concerns, and assisting in conflict resolution. Collaborate with Practice Manager to conduct team performance evaluations and assist in team development. Coordinate patient scheduling, manage appointments, and anticipate scheduling conflicts. Foster positive relationships with doctors, Practice Manager, and team members, facilitating conflict resolution. Safeguard bank deposits and petty cash funds, following established protocols. Optimize patient flow and manage budgeted payroll hours. Train team members on company processes and policies, and support implementation of new procedures. Assist in organizing team meetings and communication efforts, fostering staff development. Contribute to local marketing efforts. Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment. Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook). Qualifications You will be required to possess the following: Two (2) or more years of dental practical experience High degree of professionalism and professional image Positive attitude, change advocate Independent decision-making skills, sound judgment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth. Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following: Two (2) or more years of dental practical experience High degree of professionalism and professional image Positive attitude, change advocate Independent decision-making skills, sound judgment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth. Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
