What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dental team Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture Ensure office systems, policies, and procedures are consistently followed Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members Hold team members accountable while recognizing and encouraging success Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve office goals and KPI performance Support treatment acceptance, patient satisfaction, and an exceptional patient experience Resolve patient concerns professionally and with empathy, especially in emergency situations Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards What We're Looking For Previous dental office management experience required Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain a successful team Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and highly organized Positive attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of dental office operations, insurance, scheduling, and financial systems A proactive problem solver who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment Passion for serving patients with empathy, urgency, and professionalism Why Join Emergency Dental Care?
