Veterinary Practice Manager

Pine Hollow Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager for our Albion Animal Clinic to oversee the daily operations of our busy veterinary clinic. This leadership role is essential to ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional client service, and a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination Oversee client service standards and ensure a positive client experience Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to support staff Monitor financial performance, budgets, inventory, and purchasing Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, policies, and best practices Collaborate with veterinarians and team members to maintain a high standard of care Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Previous management experience, ideally in a veterinary, medical, or healthcare setting Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in practice management software and administrative system Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Experience managing people, processes, and priorities
