Job Description

We're growing and looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to join our private practice in Collegeville! This is more than a front desk role. You are the heartbeat of the patient experience. As the first and last point of contact, you'll play a key role in building trust, guiding patients through their care, and helping them confidently move forward with treatment. What You'll Be Doing:
Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from check-in to check-out Coordinating and optimizing the schedule to support both patient flow and production goals Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their financial options Managing payments and ensuring a seamless administrative experience Collaborating closely with a supportive, team-oriented clinical and administrative team
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of dental front office experience Confidence in discussing treatment and finances with patients Familiarity with dental procedures and insurance workflows Experience with Open Dental (preferred) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional presence Someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely cares about patient experience
