Job Description
Caring Hands Animal Hospital, a progressive, 3- doctor veterinary practice located in Danville, PA, is seeking a full-time, Veterinary Practice Manager. We have a talented support staff of about 20. The successful candidate will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality patient care, providing outstanding client service and creating a collaborative and engaging work environment. You must have a proven track record for leading by example and creating a culture of teamwork. Responsibilities include oversight of operations, human resources, finances, marketing and providing direction for continued growth. Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 3-5 years management experience • Previous experience in healthcare (not necessarily veterinary) preferred but not required Goal-oriented with strong leadership, time management and communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred CVPM certification (or in the process/desire to actively pursue) If you want to live in a beautiful locale, work with a caring team of dedicated pet-lovers and provide leadership for a growing practice, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.
