What We're Looking For Required:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program Active license to practice Dentistry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Board certification or eligibility through the American Dental Association Three to five years of progressive leadership experience in a dental or clinical setting Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations, staff performance, and compliance

Preferred:

Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or multi site healthcare organization Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory survey processes Experience with budgeting, productivity metrics, and revenue cycle performance Bilingual (Spanish)
