Job Description

Seeking a Treatment Coordinator and leader, and join our talented team Jenkintown, PA! We believe that A players only want to work with A players, and a small team of A players can run circles around a giant team of B and C players! We're looking for the next rockstar to join our team to provide the highest level of clinical care and have a lot of fun doing it! If you have an awesome personality we can teach you this position. We are a fast-growing, privately-owned PPO practice that takes tremendous pride in delivering an engaging, family-like patient experience. We believe high quality and great experience can only be achieved by a team effort. Each staff member is a key contributor in shaping each patients' visit. We believe that little things are actually big things and that attention to detail is crucial. Your role will be critically important to keeping our practice running smoothly and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. We are excited to share additional details of the position, compensation and the longer-term goals of our practice as we move through the interview process. Our ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, outgoing, cheerful, and communicative with excellent people skills. This is full-time or part time position, evening and Saturday availability is a PLUS! Experience of working in a dental office; knowledge of various insurance, understanding of office management and ability to grow an office over time will be key to success.
