Job Description

We are a patient-focused dental implant organization seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a high-performing full-arch surgical center. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience supporting AOX (All-on-X) workflows and full-arch implant procedures. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, team-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence. What You'll Do As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy full-arch implant practice, ensuring efficiency across patient care, surgical coordination, team performance, and office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations of a full-arch surgical dental center Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical support teams Support and optimize AOX workflows, treatment sequencing, and surgical scheduling Ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through final delivery Manage patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and daily operational KPIs Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies and procedures Oversee billing processes, collections, deposits, and operational financial controls Partner with providers and leadership to improve systems, workflows, and office performance Facilitate communication between clinical and administrative departments Conduct team meetings, staff training, and performance coaching Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and office resources Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centered care Who You Are You are a confident and experienced leader with a strong understanding of full-arch implant dentistry and surgical workflows. You excel at managing teams, solving problems proactively, and creating structure in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of dental office experience required Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a dental practice Strong background in full-arch surgical centers and AOX workflows strongly preferred Experience coordinating implant cases and surgical patient flow Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to drive accountability and improve operational efficiency Comfortable managing sensitive situations and confidential information Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and dental practice management software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Flexible schedule as needed to support practice operations If you are an experienced dental leader with a passion for full-arch implant dentistry and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
