Per HR Description:
The Dental Practice Manager oversees administrative and operational functions within a healthcare setting, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability. This full-time position is located in Philadelphia, PA, and requires proficiency in practice management systems and office software.
Requirements:
Oversee administrative and operational functions of dental services. Ensure compliance with state and federal dental care regulations. Manage staff, schedules, and patient interactions effectively. Optimize operational productivity and financial processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Handle patient records and communications in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a dental practice setting. Competency in Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Systems. Advanced understanding of dental terminology and insurances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
