This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and profitable growth across a portfolio of practices. This leader will partner closely with ownership and clinical leaders to build infrastructure, develop teams, and create a consistent, high-level patient experience across all locations. What You'll Own Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day operations across multiple practices, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and execution Build and implement scalable systems, workflows, and SOPs across all locations Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and structured operating rhythms Identify gaps and implement solutions to improve performance and patient flow People & Leadership Development Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and key team members across locations Build strong leadership bench strength and succession plans Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement Partner on recruiting strategy and ensure practices are staffed with top talent Financial Performance Own performance across key metrics including collections, production, case acceptance, and labor costs Analyze P&L performance and drive improvements in profitability Partner with billing and front office teams to optimize AR, collections, and insurance workflows Ensure practices are operating efficiently while maintaining high standards of care Patient Experience Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience across all locations Drive improvements in scheduling efficiency, communication, and case presentation Address and resolve escalated patient concerns with professionalism and urgency Growth & Expansion Support new practice openings, acquisitions, and integrations Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing practices Partner on marketing initiatives to drive new patient flow and brand awareness Build referral relationships and community presence Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) Maintain high standards for clinical support systems and operational execution Conduct regular audits and reinforce accountability to systems and protocols What Success Looks Like Same-store growth of 5-20% in collections and revenue Case acceptance consistently at 80%+ Hygiene reappointment rates at 95%+ Strong new patient flow (15-20 per week per location) High team retention and engagement Consistent execution of systems across all locations What You'll Bring Proven experience leading multi-site operations (dental preferred) Strong financial acumen and experience managing KPIs and P&Ls Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability Experience scaling systems across multiple locations Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical teams Highly organized, results-driven, and solutions-oriented Additional Details Travel between practice locations is required Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed to support operations Why This Role This is an opportunity to step into a true leadership role where you are not just maintaining operations—but building, scaling, and shaping the future of the organization.
