We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and help ensure excellent service for our clients and caregivers. Position Summary The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the agency, support staff coordination, maintain compliance records, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist clients and staff professionally Coordinate caregiver schedules and staffing needs Maintain employee and client files in compliance with agency policies Assist with onboarding, orientation, and personnel documentation Monitor timesheets, EVV documentation, and office reports Support billing, payroll preparation, and data entry Order office supplies and maintain organized records Communicate with coordinators, families, and healthcare professionals Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience preferred Experience in homecare or healthcare setting is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
