We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to support multiple facilities throughout Pennsylvania. Position Overview The Regional Business Office Manager will oversee and support the financial and revenue cycle operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Pennsylvania. This role will partner closely with facility leadership, regional operations, corporate finance, and central billing teams to ensure strong AR performance, Medicaid compliance, collections, census conversion, and overall business office execution. Responsibilities Provide regional oversight and support to facility Business Office Managers Monitor and improve AR aging, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement workflows Assist facilities with Medicaid pending processes and payer eligibility verification Support managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid billing operations Conduct business office audits and implement corrective action plans Train, mentor, and develop facility business office personnel Assist with Triple Check processes and month-end financial functions Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure clean payer transitions and authorizations Support facilities during leadership transitions, census growth initiatives, and operational turnarounds Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations Travel throughout Pennsylvania facilities as needed Qualifications Previous long-term care Business Office experience required Prior regional BOM experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and collections processes Experience with PCC, billing platforms, payer portals, and AR management Ability to analyze financial reports and identify operational opportunities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel regionally throughout Pennsylvania Why AMA LTC?
