ABA Operational Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized ABA Operational Manager to lead the daily operations of our behavioral health practice specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical workflows, managing administrative functions, credentialing and networking, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ABA practice, ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, financial management, and billing processes, using the Company's EHR system. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership in human resources functions like hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, and state licensing requirements Coordinate with medical professionals, including clinical staff, supervisors, and behavioral therapists, to optimize patient care delivery Oversee medical records management, documentation accuracy, and utilization of EMR/EHR systems for efficient record keeping Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in healthcare operations within an ABA clinical setting, hospitals, or outpatient practices. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare environments Expertise in fiscal management, including budgeting, financial oversight, and billing procedures; familiarity with practice management software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records handling, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and JCAHO guidelines Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks to support clinical documentation and billing processes Background in healthcare management roles involving acute care or managed care settings is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to lead change initiatives and improve operational workflows Join our team as an ABA Operational Manager to lead a thriving practice dedicated to delivering exceptional behavioral health services.
