This is a leadership position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for candidates with proven administrative and supervisory experience who are seeking a long-term career opportunity and are committed to growing with the organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate based on experience, performance, and operational needs. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Leadership Oversee daily administrative operations and office systems Ensure tasks, deadlines, and projects are completed accurately and on time Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative procedures Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for improvement Staff Oversight Supervise administrative support staff as assigned Monitor performance, accountability, and productivity Assist with onboarding and training of administrative personnel Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently Compliance & Record Management Maintain accurate and organized records Monitor compliance-related deadlines and documentation Assist with licensing, audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Reporting & Project Management Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems Provide regular updates to leadership regarding operational needs Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Support leadership with special projects and organizational initiatives Communication Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, families, and community partners Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative matters Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of administrative management, office management, or supervisory experience Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion Strong proficiency with: Google Workspace Microsoft Office Spreadsheets and database management Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, nonprofit, or social service settings Experience with compliance, licensing, or regulatory documentation Human Resources experience Bilingual English/Spanish Position Requirements Must be reliable and dependable Must maintain confidentiality at all times Must have reliable transportation Must be committed to a long-term position and organizational growth Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
