Job Description
Evanston Collaborative Health is looking for independently licensed therapists who want to build, grow, or expand a private practice in Evanston, Wyoming . This is not a traditional employee therapy job. This opportunity is for clinicians with an entrepreneurial spirit — providers who want clinical independence, ownership of their practice, and support with the administrative work that usually slows private practice down.
We support:
Licensed therapists who want to start their own private practice Solo providers who want to grow into a group practice Established group practices that want admin, billing, credentialing, EHR, and front-office support Providers who want to practice from our Evanston location Groups that want support while continuing to operate from their own location Evanston Collaborative Health is locally owned, community-focused, and modeled after Verve Collaborative Health. We are supported by WiseMind Innovations , which helps independent mental health providers reduce administrative burden, improve revenue flow, and focus more time on client care. WiseMind's materials emphasize private-practice freedom, credentialing, billing, EHR, front-office support, and reduced administrative workload. you focus on clients and growing your practice. We help with the operational chaos. Who We're Looking For We are looking for licensed therapists who are self-directed, growth-minded, and interested in building something of their own.Ideal candidates are:
Entrepreneurial and motivated Interested in starting or growing a private practice Open to building toward a group practice model Committed to ethical, client-centered care Comfortable managing their own caseload and schedule Looking for clinical independence with administrative support Interested in serving Evanston and surrounding Wyoming communities Wyoming License Requirements Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active Wyoming license in good standing through the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board .Preferred licenses include:
LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker LMFT — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Out-of-state clinicians may be considered if they are eligible for Wyoming licensure. Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy within your Wyoming scope of practice Build and manage your own caseload Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain active licensure and professional liability insurance Follow HIPAA, ethical, clinical, payer, and documentation requirements Participate in credentialing and payer enrollment as needed Communicate professionally with clients and support teams For group practice owners: coordinate with support teams to maintain smooth operations Practice Areas Welcome We welcome clinicians with specialties in areas such as: Anxiety and depression Trauma and PTSD Couples and family therapy Child and adolescent therapy Life transitions Grief and loss Mood disorders Women's mental health Men's mental health LGBTQ+ affirming care EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, or other evidence-based approaches Schedule Flexible scheduling options may be available based on office availability, provider preference, and practice model. Full-time, part-time, evening, hybrid, and group-practice support arrangements may be considered. Compensation This is a private practice or group practice support opportunity through a managed services model. Compensation and revenue structure depend on provider collections, payer contracts, caseload, schedule, selected services, and final agreement terms.
