Job Description
Spokane Serenity Solutions is offering a private practice partnership for a licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality care without managing every aspect of running a business all alone. Our model is designed to support independent clinicians by providing a turn-key, managed, furnished office space and billing support, allowing you to focus on client care while building a sustainable practice. You retain clinical and business development autonomy while operating within a structured, supportive environment. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want a turn-key office, ready to step into and immediately use during the day, if desired, and would like billing support under an umbrella with other EMDR-trained clinicians. Looking for someone who wants independence in managing your own practice, both clinical aspects and business development; however, can also, if wanted, choose to get support through peer consultation with like-minded clinicians. Expectations of Partnership Clinicians partnering with Spokane Serenity Solutions are expected to: Maintain active Washington State licensure Carry required professional liability insurance Obtain and maintain a business license appropriate for independent practice Operate as an independent provider within scope of licensure Maintain consistent availability for clients Complete assessments, documentation, and treatment planning in accordance with clinical, ethical, and payer standards Complete chart notes, charge slips, and administrative documentation in a timely manner Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics Managing business aspects of your business A therapist trained in EMDR is preferred for our practice Partnership Services Include Onboarding Support

- Ongoing peer consult to help sustain & grow your independent practice Optional Supervision
