Our strategic priority includes Urology — a significant and growing driver of healthcare utilization and spend. By aligning urologists and primary care providers, TRIARQ ensures patients follow conservative, evidence-based care pathways while avoiding unnecessary procedures and costs. We are seeking a Manager, Urology Provider Partnerships to serve as a trusted advisor to urology practices. This role blends relationship management with hands-on practice adoption of referral and care management tools. Now is an especially exciting time to join — TRIARQ is rolling out value-based programs with a large Michigan payer to transform how specialists and PCPs work together in urological care statewide. Role Overview As Manager, you will: Build and manage day-to-day partnerships with urology practices in your region. Deploy practice playbooks that guide providers and staff through referral workflows, conservative care pathways, and performance goals. Deliver provider scorecards and translate data into clear, actionable strategies for practice staff and leadership. Actively engage practice staff (front desk, clinical, management) to drive adoption of TRIARQ's care management and referral platforms. Collaborate with member experience and care management teams to align provider engagement and care pathway delivery. Serve as a consistent on-the-ground presence for urology practices, gathering feedback and escalating provider needs to internal teams. This is a field-based role (75% travel) where you'll drive provider adoption, strengthen urology referral networks, and support measurable practice success. Key Responsibilities Onboard urology providers into TRIARQ's High-Value Referral Network and value-based programs. Train physicians and staff on referral tools, care pathways, and performance dashboards. Conduct regular check-ins and lead quarterly business reviews with practices, driving accountability and improvement. Ensure consistent use of Care Management and Referral Management technology to strengthen in-network referrals. Partner with marketing, care management, and member experience teams to promote engagement and conservative care pathways. Track adoption metrics, document progress in CRM, and meet provider alignment goals. Respond to provider questions and troubleshoot adoption barriers, escalating issues as needed. Maintain organized records of practice contacts, outreach activity, and engagement status. Qualifications & Experience 2-4 years in provider engagement, practice management, or urology-focused healthcare. Background in urology, men's health, women's health, or specialty practice operations preferred. Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into provider-friendly insights. Comfortable with EHRs, CRM, or care management platforms (or willing to learn). Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple practice relationships simultaneously.
