Duties Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing outstanding customer support. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure all documentation is current and error-free. Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for executives and team members. Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other computer skills to streamline office processes. Handle clerical tasks including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting bookkeeping activities. Coordinate office supplies procurement, manage office equipment maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and computer literacy. Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles considered a plus. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating time management skills.
