Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager of Dental Operations to lead and oversee multiple dental clinics within a designated geographic area. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in dental office management, healthcare operations, and team supervision, with a strong focus on financial stewardship and compliance. As a key leader, you will implement best practices across clinics, optimize practice performance, and promote a patient-centered culture that aligns with organizational goals. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to dental clinics within the region, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional patient care and operational standards Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation to meet revenue targets and control costs Supervise clinic managers and staff, fostering professional development, performance management, and adherence to human resources policies Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), and OSHA standards Monitor clinic performance metrics related to patient satisfaction, clinical quality, financial outcomes, and operational efficiency Collaborate with medical management teams to optimize workflow processes, improve patient experience, and implement new initiatives or technology upgrades Skills Proven experience in medical office management within dental or healthcare settings with strong supervisory skills Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning Extensive knowledge of dental office systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental Familiarity with healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance Familiarity with Dental Intel, Jarvis and other analytical supporting platforms Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical workflows in acute care or hospital settings Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, providers, patients, and external partners Join us in shaping the future of dental healthcare by leading innovative practices that prioritize quality care and operational excellence. Pay:
$83,522.23 - $100,585.91 per year
