What We Offer Competitive salary:
$45,000-$65,000 annually Weekday schedule for work-life balance Next-day pay available upon request Multiple healthcare plan options 401(k) with company match Birthday PTO Supportive leadership and growth opportunities Position Summary As the Business Office Manager , you will oversee daily business office operations, ensuring accurate billing, collections, resident accounts, and administrative functions. You will also supervise business office staff and play a key role in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in skilled nursing billing and business office operations required At least 1 year in a long-term care setting preferred Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and collections Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
