Experienced Dental Office Manager Myrtle Beach, SC | Full-Time About Pearly Whites Pearly Whites is a growing, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and modern environment. We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help drive continued growth and success. Position Overview The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, supporting team development, and maintaining efficient workflows. This role is ideal for a strong leader who understands dental operations, insurance processes, scheduling, collections, and team management. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Supervise, train, and motivate front office and clinical team members Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment optimization Monitor production, collections, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage insurance verification, billing, claims, and accounts receivable Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and industry regulations Improve patient satisfaction, case acceptance, and retention Support practice growth through operational excellence and team development Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Dental Office Manager experience (required) Strong knowledge of dental insurance, PPOs, billing, and collections Experience with practice management software (Open Dental and Weave preferred) Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Supportive and team-oriented work environment If you are an experienced dental leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow with a successful practice, we encourage you to apply.
