Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic and dedicated veterinary team as a Veterinary Office Manager, where you will lead the administrative and operational functions that keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently. Healthy Pets is a high quality, high volume spay neuter and wellness clinic that serves a vital role to the local community by providing low cost veterinary care in a friendly and caring environment. This pivotal role combines office management with team supervision, financial oversight, and client interaction to ensure exceptional care for our animal patients and a positive experience for pet owners. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize productivity and client satisfaction Assist the reception team by answering phones, checking clients in and out, ansering emails, assisting the medical team when needed Manage financial activities such as billing and collections Supervise medical administrative support staff, including receptionists and veterinary assistants, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures Assist in human resource functions such as onboarding new team members, performance evaluations, and staff training Facilitate communication between receptionist team and medical team Experience Proven experience in office management within a veterinary clinic Demonstrated supervisory leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Veterinary reception experience of a minimum of 2 years Hands-on experience with veterinary clinic operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice setting Join us to lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing outstanding veterinary care while fostering a supportive work environment. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
