Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. Manage [clinic/hospital] operations, including scheduling and inventory management. Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience. Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting. Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
