Forward Healthcare Position Overview Forward Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Office Manager to support and oversee our Fatigue Risk Management program in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and operational responsibility. You will manage the day‑to‑day functions of the program and help ensure a smooth, supportive experience for our clients and their staff. You will receive hands‑on training from our senior clinical team on the setup and use of PAP devices for sleep apnea treatment, as well as Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) equipment. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional presence. Ultimately, your work will help ensure steady workflows, excellent patient care, and uninterrupted service for our clients. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the program Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, patients, and client leadership Manage inventory, supplies, and office needs Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical laws, and ethical standards Skills Previous experience as a medical assistant or medical office manager Ability to handle medical records with discretion and professionalism Familiarity with medical terminology and basic clinical concepts Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Comfortable multitasking and performing well under pressure Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centered, customer‑service mindset
Compensation Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule 8‑hour shift Monday through Friday Work Setting Clinic In‑person Education High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Experience 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred)
License/Certification BLS Certification Location:
