We work with local dental professionals nationwide to provide temporary employment within our fully equipped mobile units. Role Description Access Care Health is growing, and we're looking for an experienced optician ready to step into a hands-on leadership role of Onsite Leader. This position is ideal for someone who knows the optical world inside and out and enjoys being the steady, trusted presence onsite. You'll lead by example, support clinical flow, and ensure patients receive high-quality care in a well-run environment. What you'll do: Serve as the onsite leader for all services, including vision services Support and guide staff and technicians Ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow Act as the point of contact between the onsite team and leadership Uphold Access Care Health standards for quality, professionalism, and patient experience What we're looking for: Active and Valid Drivers license Licensed or certified Vision Tech Clean driving record for company car (submit MVR) Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable making decisions and keeping things moving Passion for patient care and team support If you're an optician who's ready to lead and make an impact beyond brick and mortar, we'd love to connect.
