Front Office Supervisor Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown - The Gulch Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Summary The Director of Front Office oversees all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest, client, or customer experiences. This role manages front desk staff, develops service standards, coordinates daily operations, and ensures efficient communication between departments. The position combines leadership, customer service, operations, and administrative management. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise front office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, reception activities, and inquiries Develop and enforce front office procedures, policies, and service standards Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, HR, finance, or other departments as needed Monitor staffing levels and operational efficiency Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Implement systems to improve workflow and guest/client experience About Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown - The Gulch About Tara and Uncompromised Hospitality Our family's business was started in 2003 with a single hotel.
