Late this summer, we are transitioning to a multi-provider model by welcoming a new associate dentist and expanding our patient care schedule to 5 days a week . To lead this transition, protect our collaborative office culture, and build the systems for our expanded capacity, we are seeking an experienced, systems-driven Practice Manager to partner directly with our owner-doctor. The Opportunity & Core Responsibilities This is a high-level operational role for a seasoned dental professional. To prepare for our upcoming expansion, you will begin on a 5-day schedule immediately to stabilize our front desk, master our workflows, and audit key systems before the new provider arrives.
Systems Implementation & Pre-Launch Optimization:
Take immediate ownership of the front desk schedule, ensuring patient flow is seamless and daily scheduling blocks are engineered for maximum efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and guide our newly hired Treatment Plan Coordinator and oversee the operational transition of our front desk team.
Provider Scheduling Strategy:
Design and manage a multi-doctor schedule, strategically balancing the pace of our senior doctor and our incoming associate to maximize provider production without sacrificing patient care.
Financial Health & KPIs:
Monitor practice vitals—including accounts receivable, collections percentages, and case acceptance rates. Collaborate with or oversee third-party billing networks to keep internal operations lean and profitable. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Dental Office or Practice Management experience. Direct experience navigating a multi-doctor practice or a major practice growth transition is highly preferred.
Software Proficiency:
Strong working knowledge of major dental practice management software (e.g., Curve, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental). While experience with cloud-based software is a plus, we are happy to train a systems-driven leader who understands ledger logic and scheduling flow.

You possess high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to hold a team accountable to shared growth goals.
