Front Office Manager--Make a Lasting First Impression!

Key responsibilities include:

Professionally greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experienceManage a multi-line phone system with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer serviceCoordinate conference room scheduling, meeting preparation, and hospitality servicesSupport company events, employee meetings, and recurring corporate conferencesProcess and scan documentation related to accounts payable and payroll functionsMaintain office supplies, coordinate vendor services, and manage office-related purchasesArrange employee recognition activities, celebrations, and special eventsProvide administrative support to executives and departments as neededServe as a resource for employees and assist with day-to-day office operations
