In this role, you'll partner closely with the Office Manager to help oversee front office functions, support staff, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused experience. The ideal candidate is both a strong team player and a developing leader, with hands-on administrative experience and familiarity with eClinicalWorks. Key Responsibilities Support the Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations and workflow Assist with supervising, training, and mentoring front office staff Step in to manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient interactions as needed Help ensure accurate insurance verification, co-pay collection, and balance reconciliation Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance within eClinicalWorks Monitor front office performance and assist in improving processes and efficiency Serve as a point of contact for patient questions and help resolve concerns professionally Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and leadership Assist with administrative reporting, audits, and operational tasks Help manage office supplies, scheduling coverage, and day-to-day logistics Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or front office role Demonstrated ability to take initiative and support team leadership Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred) Preferred Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Background in a medical, chiropractic, or physical therapy office Insurance verification and billing knowledge Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role Bilingual skills Why Join Us?
