This pivotal role combines office management, treatment coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient experiences. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures clearly, addressing concerns, and securing treatment acceptance Manage financial aspects including billing, coding accuracy, insurance claims processing, and patient payments to optimize revenue cycle management Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership in human resources functions such as training, performance evaluations, and team development Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality and security of all medical records and electronic health records (EHR) systems like Eaglesoft. Monitor clinic budgets and fiscal management activities to control costs while maintaining high-quality care standards Facilitate communication between dental providers, patients, insurance companies, and external vendors to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare administration with strong knowledge of medical office operations Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience leading teams in a medical or dental setting Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively Background in medical administrative support or healthcare management preferred; experience in acute care or hospital environments is a plus Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff while maintaining professionalism under pressure Knowledge of managed care processes and utilization management practices within healthcare settings This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier dental care.
