Monthly bonus Lead the Operations of a Thriving Cedar Park Dental Practice We are a multi-doctor, patient-loved practice in Cedar Park built on advanced technology, genuine relationships, and exceptional care. We're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead with warmth, keep a sharp focus on schedule optimization, and bring the kind of dependable, positive energy that elevates an entire team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting directly to our doctor leadership and the right person will have both the technical dental knowledge and the leadership presence to run the front office at the highest level. What You'll Own Day-to-day front office operations and team leadership Schedule management, optimization and keeping production targets on track PPO insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and EOB posting Treatment plan presentation and patient financial discussions (in-house plans, CareCredit) Insurance claims submission, pre-determinations, and follow-up on pending claims Insurance narratives for denials and X-ray submissions to carriers Posting patient and insurance payments, managing A/R Payroll processing and mail/billing statement preparation Calling in prescriptions and coordinating specialty referrals Inventory management and office supply oversight EOD and EOM reporting Mentoring and supporting front office team members Partnering with Pearl Street Dental Partners leadership on performance and growth What We're Looking For Experienced dental office manager or senior front office professional is required Strong technical knowledge of dental billing, insurance workflows, and treatment planning A natural leader
