DENTAL FRONT RECEPTIONIST
Founding Team Member | Front Office Manager Career Track Corinth, TX |
Hi Value Dental Compensation:
Starting at $25-27/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses + founding team incentives

June 29, 2026 Hi Value Dental is a brand-new, modern private dental practice opening in Corinth, TX in June 2026 . We are building something special from the ground up—and we are seeking a warm, highly organized, and growth-minded Front Desk Receptionist who understands the full dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and is excited to help build systems, establish workflows, and grow into a future Front Office Manager role as part of our Founding Team. This position is intentionally designed for someone who wants to grow into an Office Manager role as the practice expands. What Makes This Role Different This is not a plug-and-play front desk position. As a founding team member, you will gain meaningful exposure to: Front desk and administrative operations Revenue cycle workflows Patient experience systems Financial coordination Practice growth and operational development You will be supported, trained, and mentored with a clear long-term management career path in mind. Performance Incentives & Long-Term Growth (Founding Team Only) As a founding team member , you will have access to a performance-based bonus and long-term incentive program designed to reward contribution, ownership, and growth. This program is exclusively offered to early team members who help build the foundation of the practice. Eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to practice growth and key metrics (case acceptance, collections, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience) Participation in a team-based profit-sharing incentive program Incentive structure includes: 6-month initial eligibility period (cliff) 2-year vesting schedule Payout distributed over 4 years , rewarding long-term commitment and contribution This structure is designed to align your success with the long-term success of the practice and reward those who contribute early to its growth. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Answer phones and manage scheduling efficiently Communicate appointment details, treatment flow, and financial expectations clearly Support the full dental RCM cycle during the start-up phase to help establish systems, create SOPs, and assist with onboarding future dedicated RCM staff This role is not intended to serve as the long-term billing position Coordinate closely with on-site team members and remote support Help develop, refine, and maintain front desk and billing workflows Maintain a calm, organized, and patient-centered front desk environment Take ownership of responsibilities with accountability, measurable outcomes, and a mindset of continuous improvement Required Experience & Qualifications At least 10 years of dental front desk or administrative experience Hands-on understanding and experience with the full dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process Experience with insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up Ability to explain financial and insurance information clearly and confidently to patients Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfort working in a start-up environment where systems are actively evolving Experience in a private dental practice setting Familiarity with modern dental PMS and digital communication tools Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: Is patient-centered, calm, and emotionally intelligent Enjoys ownership, accountability, and responsibility Is detail-oriented and financially responsible Is coachable and receptive to feedback Wants to grow into leadership rather than remain in a static role Sees this position as a long-term career opportunity , not just a job Career Growth Path This role is designed to evolve into: Lead Front Desk Lead Financial / Treatment Coordinator Front Office Manager (as the practice grows) Advancement is driven by performance, initiative, and alignment —not tenure alone.
