Grapevine, TXA beautiful Grapevine dental office is seeking a motivated, organized, and patient-focused Full-Time Office Manager to join their growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. Looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care and customer service to children and their families.
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM•5:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM•3:00
PM Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$28•32 per hour (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) with benefits available after one year Languages English and Spanish required Software Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required. The software is easy to learn, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Patient Management Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every patient and family. Coordinate appointments, maintain efficient scheduling, and resolve patient concerns professionally. Support a positive patient experience from check-in through treatment completion. Financial Management Oversee insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, collections, and payment processing. Monitor accounts receivable and help maintain the financial health of the practice. Marketing Support internal and community marketing initiatives to help grow the practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and local organizations. Office Management Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain efficient office workflows. Coordinate with clinical and administrative team members to optimize productivity. Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures. Organization & Team Management Lead, motivate, and support a collaborative team culture. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Foster professionalism, accountability, and excellent communication throughout the office. Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an organized, dependable leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They are passionate about creating a positive experience for patients and families while supporting a high-performing team. Previous dental office management experience is preferred, and pediatric dental or orthodontic experience is a plus. CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $28•$32 per year.
