Job Description

Dental Practice Leader Full-Time | Monday-Friday | El Paso, TX Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Leader to oversee the daily operations and overall success of a busy, high-performing dental practice. This senior-level leadership role works closely with the Doctor Owner and Regional Leadership team to ensure operational excellence, strong financial performance, an outstanding patient experience, and continued team growth and development. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Office Manager who is looking to step into a broader leadership position with increased autonomy and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary on-site leader, fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive office culture Partner with the Doctor Owner to support and develop both clinical and administrative team members Manage daily office operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow coordination, and production alignment Monitor and maintain practice performance through P&L oversight, KPI tracking, and operational management Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and all applicable regulatory requirements Oversee front office functions including patient relations, billing, collections, and overall patient experience Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee performance management, and payroll approvals Collaborate with Regional Leadership on process improvements, growth initiatives, and marketing efforts Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of dental or medical practice management experience At least 2 years in a leadership role similar to an Office Manager position Demonstrated ability to achieve financial, operational, and performance goals Strong communication, leadership, and team coaching abilities Experience using practice management software and Microsoft Office programs Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, on-site position Business casual attire required Travel may occasionally be required for training or regional meetings (up to 10%)
