In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily veterinary technician activities, ensure the delivery of exceptional pet care, and support the veterinary team in providing comprehensive medical services. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support the veterinary technician team. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Assist with daily floor operations and workflow management. Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinic protocols. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Coordinate staffing needs, break coverage, and daily assignments. Collaborate with doctors and clinic leadership to improve efficiency and patient care. Assist in implementing clinic policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements Minimum 3 years of veterinary technician experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, anesthesia, surgery, laboratory procedures, and patient care. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT) preferred but not required.
