We are looking for a team player that would like the opportunity to build and grow with our practice. The ideal candidate will be able to work in conjunction with the Owner/Optometrists, Opticians, Technicians and work directly with customers to help meet all their eyecare needs. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Oversee office, team, and make sure all daily, weekly, monthly tasks are being completed. Maintain efficient patient flow of the office and help in areas needed. Maintain Insurance filing/claims Maintain Job Orders/Inventory Help customers choose the best frames and lenses based on their prescription needs, face fit, and personal style Review vision insurance benefits with patients in order to help them get the most value from their plan Accurately take and record measurements and adjust/fit eyewear

Requested Skills:

Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge Multi-tasking and organizational skills Positive attitude with passion to learn Experience as an optician, optical lab tech or optometric physician assistant preferred
