This pivotal role combines administrative expertise with clinical understanding to ensure smooth practice management, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery. As the cornerstone of our medical office, you will oversee staff supervision, financial management, and the efficient handling of medical records and administrative support functions. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Supervise office staff including receptionist, medical assistants, and other team members to foster a productive work environment. Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting and billing processes Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality and security of all medical records and patient information. Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize practice management workflows and improve patient outcomes. Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Maintain proficiency in medical terminology, medical administrative support procedures, and clinic-specific protocols to support efficient operations. Monitor clinic supplies inventory and equipment maintenance to support acute care or dental clinic needs effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical setting; cardiology office experience is a plus. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing diverse teams in a healthcare environment. Proficiency with eClinicalWorks is preferred. Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records management practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling medical terminology and administrative documentation. Ability to coordinate clinical workflows effectively. Experience with human resources functions including hiring practices and staff training programs. Master's in Healthcare Administration is preferred. 1-3 years of Medical Office Management experience is required.

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
