This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, lead by example, and help drive the overall success of the practice. What You Will Do Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate way Guide patients through financial options including insurance benefits and financing plans Build strong relationships with patients to support case acceptance and retention Oversee daily front office operations and support the office manager as needed Mentor and support front office team members Monitor and follow up on outstanding treatment plans and unscheduled patients Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications as needed What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordination experience required Leadership or management experience in a dental setting strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and financing options Confident presenting large treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication and relationship building skills Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software preferred A positive, professional presence that sets the tone for the team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time in office schedule Supportive team environment at a well-established private practice
