Are you an organized, outgoing professional who loves working with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental environment and enjoy creating positive experiences for patients? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is not only detail-oriented and reliable, but also a true people person —someone who communicates confidently and genuinely enjoys helping others.
What You'll Do:
Treatment Coordination:
Guide patients through their treatment plans, explain procedures, answer questions, review financial options, and ensure a positive experience.
Scheduling & Patient Management:
Keep the schedule running smoothly, optimize appointment flow, and maintain accurate patient records.
Office Operations:
Oversee daily office functions including insurance verification, billing, and maintaining a welcoming, well-organized environment.
Patient Communication:
Deliver friendly, clear, and compassionate service—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the dental and front office team to support seamless patient care and a strong, positive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a dental office ( required ) Proficiency with Open Dental software (or willingness to learn quickly) Confident, people-first communicator who isn't afraid to take initiative Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills Positive, dependable, and eager to grow within the dental field
