Job Description

Practice Manager A growing two-location medical practice in the Dallas Metroplex is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and help ensure an excellent patient experience across both locations. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, hands-on leader who understands medical practice operations, staff management, patient flow, revenue cycle coordination, and the importance of creating a professional, patient-centered culture. Key Responsibilities The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the practice, including: Managing day-to-day operations across two office locations Supervising clinical and administrative team members Supporting staff scheduling, training, accountability, and performance management Helping recruit, onboard, and retain qualified team members Promoting a positive, patient-centered culture Ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are followed consistently Coordinating with providers, billing partners, vendors, and outside service providers Supporting revenue cycle processes, including communication with the billing team Monitoring patient flow, front office processes, scheduling, registration, and collections Overseeing supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility needs Assisting with payroll preparation, deposits, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting Helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and patient satisfaction Supporting credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, and provider documentation requirements Assisting with EHR/practice management system workflows, updates, and process improvements Maintaining clear communication between providers, staff, and leadership Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of medical practice management or healthcare leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of medical office operations, billing workflows, patient access, and compliance expectations Experience managing both clinical and non-clinical team members Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using EHR systems, practice management software, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools Ability to travel between two Dallas Metroplex office locations as needed Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Ideal Candidate The right person for this role will be proactive, professional, and comfortable balancing people, processes, and priorities. This position requires someone who can lead with confidence, hold team members accountable, support providers, and help the practice run smoothly each day.
