Dental Treatment Coordinator

About us Elite Smiles is looking for an experienced Treatment coordinator for our growing practice. We are a privately owned practice in Pflugerville. We strive to provide the highest quality of care while building relationships with our patients. This individual should be able to present treatment plants to patients, go over financing options, secure payment, and follow up with unscheduled treatment plans.

You will have:

At least 2 years of previous dental front office experience Verify insurance and manage patient records Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly Follow up on pending treatment and support case acceptance Communicate effectively with patients, doctor, and team Maintain strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes Knowledge of dental insurance plans Be able to multi task Handle calls and patient inquiries efficiently Be able to adjust and be flexible in a team environment Bringing positivity, encouragement, and motivation to the practice Handle all patient service issues Bilingual is preferred but not required
