About Us Our private Practice is a growing, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are committed to building a strong, high-performing team that shares our passion for excellence and patient satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and driven Dental Office Manager to lead our practice operations and help take our team to the next level. About the Role The Office Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will serve as the heartbeat of the office — leading the team, supporting the doctor, managing the business, and ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience. We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership, drive results, and grow with us. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily front and back office operations including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and daily closeouts Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated dental team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Serve as the primary liaison between the doctor, patients, and staff to ensure clear communication and seamless care Manage financial performance including collections, insurance claims, payment arrangements, and key production metrics Oversee insurance verification, billing, and accounts receivable Ensure the practice remains compliant with all OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and staff scheduling Maintain and improve office systems, inventory, and operational efficiency Build and maintain strong patient relationships to support retention and practice growth What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of dental office management or leadership experience required Proficiency in EagleSoft or comparable dental practice management software strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Proven ability to lead a team, resolve conflict, and drive accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with patients, staff, and ownership Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience working with a DSO or multi-location dental group is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with a practice that is invested in your success
