Leadership Chops:

You've got at least 5 years of experience leading teams in dental setting. You know how to hire, train, and inspire your crew!

Office Whiz:

You're a pro with dental software (bonus points for Open Dental and DentalXchange!).

Financial Savvy:

You're comfortable with the ins and outs of dental finances, from billing to payments and know your way around a P&L (you own it and you are comfortable with that).

Communication Guru:

You can chat up patients, colleagues, and anyone in between, making sure everyone feels heard and valued.
