Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Operations Manager, where your leadership and expertise will drive the efficiency and excellence of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a positive environment for both staff and patients. Your strategic management skills will help optimize clinical workflows, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient experiences Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing mentorship and ensuring compliance with human resources policies Manage dental office systems such as open dental , dental intel , KPIs Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and OSHA requirements Coordinate dental administrative support activities related to medical records, billing, insurance claims, and managed care processes Implement quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical efficiency, and operational excellence Monitor clinic performance metrics and utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management within a dental setting with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations, including Open Dental , Dental Intel Demonstrated fiscal management skills encompassing budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning Experience supervising front and back teams in fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Background in healthcare management or related fields; certifications in medical administration or practice management are preferred Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding dental care while advancing your career in healthcare operations. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
