Job Description

Position Summary The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Tyler clinic, including staff supervision, patient flow, scheduling coordination, administrative oversight, and operational efficiency. This individual serves as the on-site operational leader and is expected to maintain a professional, organized, and accountable work environment while supporting providers, staff, and patients. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, initiative, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage a fast-paced medical office. Clinic Operations
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure proper insurance verification and eligibility to ensure proper collections.
  • Monitor patient scheduling, clinic flow, staffing coverage, and operational productivity.
  • Ensure front office and clinical support functions operate smoothly.
  • Assist with implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
  • Identify operational concerns and proactively implement solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company standards, and healthcare regulations. Staff Leadership & Oversight
  • Supervise front desk, medical assistant, and support staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance oversight.
  • Promote professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and workplace stability.
  • Address staff concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist leadership with employee coaching and corrective action processes when necessary. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring patient collections, clinic productivity, scheduling efficiency and operational performance.
  • Ensure that staff always engages in proper payer verifications, eligibility, authorizations, referrals processes that allow timely collections.
  • Help maintain adequate inventory and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership regarding staffing and operational needs. Patient Experience
  • Promote excellent patient service and professionalism throughout the clinic.
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalated situations.
  • Ensure patients are treated respectfully and efficiently. Operational Support
  • Participate in operational meetings and workflow planning discussions.
  • Support clinic growth and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and operational needs as assigned. Qualifications
  • Healthcare or medical office management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Insurance verification process, authorization process and strong collections experience.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Work Schedule This position may begin as part-time and transition to full-time as clinic operations and patient volume continue to grow and expand. Schedule and hours may vary based on operational needs, staffing demands, and future clinic expansion, including the addition of operational days and services. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to executive leadership and ownership and works closely with providers and clinic staff. Pay:
$32,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
